Thursday 2nd February - Bonnie Charles conversation night
Thank you so much to Bonnie Charles for a great conversation tonight. Bonnie came to share her experience of living with severe haemophilia A with some of our other members which is so interesting. Thank you also to all the lovely ladies who attended and really stimulated some great conversation around the difficulties women have with getting recognised as having a bleeding disorder, access to treatment and, support in managing their condition. It was a great evening despite the struggles many face made possible by peoples openness and honesty and willingness to support others. What an incredible group of women we have in LFWBD.
Sunday 26th February - Family Bowling at The Kingpin Suite in Bloomsbury
Fabulous time had by all at the Kingpin Bowling Suite in Bloomsbury, London, last weekend. A brilliant turn out of families and kids of all ages having loads of fun, bowling, playing arcade games, singing their hearts out at Karaoke and eating the biggest pizza's with a never-ending supply of them. Most importantly there was plenty of time for catching up with friends and making new friends as part of the very special LFWBD community.
